I can't think of the last time I read of a werewolf attack in France. They likely happen, but not so often, or else it is written up in the muggle papers only as an animal attack.

Horrible thing to happen to anyone, but it seems even moreso because it was children attacked.

I believe that was likely the most straightforward article I've had written about me. Compliments aside it was more or less what I said, I believe, without taking anything out of context. It is refreshing. Much less intrusive than the French press has attempted to be in the past.

I was delivered a box of things to sign this week. I am halfway through and already think my signature has become illegible.

So far, it seems the press are less forceful here than at home. Though maybe it is a product of the season not yet begun. Still, it is a welcome change.

I've already had my first injury for the season as well. I think of it as good luck that it was easy healed and no real problem to deal with. It's tradition to take at least one good shot before the first match, so I found it almost comforting.

So far, the most difficult aspect of adjusting to the move has been finding someone to install cable, and the food. I haven't found a decent takeaway place that isn't drowning everything in grease. I should have taken the off season to learn how to cook a wider variety of things.

The unpacking is at least at an end. The boxes were driving me mad.

Practices are going well. Puddlemere is a difficult draw for first match, but I think it will be an interesting game.

I have gotten the last of my things moved into the new house in Cornwall, I believe. I'm looking forward to having them all unpacked, the disarray is disconcerting.

The team manager suggested I get one of these to get to know the rest of the team, as they were beginning to pick them up as well. It's been some time since I regularly wrote in English, I suppose I should get used to doing so.
